In 2005 we first gained our ISO 9001 certification for Quality Management Systems (QMS) awarded by the highly respected LRQA (formerly Lloyd’s Register) and through following our integrated policies, procedures and processes, we continually monitor our service to our customers. External independent audits carried out by LRQA help to ensure our high standards remain unchanged. At the start of 2018 we were commendably successful in demonstrating our merits for recertification to the latest standards, and obtaining ISO 9001:2015 accreditation for Quality Management Systems (QMS). In addition to our QMS, and to demonstrate our commitment to our customers, from October 2020 we were additionally awarded accreditation to: ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management System … and again, to a commendable standard.
